Will Israel Solve the International Water Crisis?

As water becomes a growing international concern, many countries are turning to Israel as a model for successful solutions, as this video (4:49) shows. Residents are charged full price for their water, creating a conservation mindset, and students as young as three are educated about water scarcity. Israel contains the world’s largest, most energy efficient desalination plant, which provides for the country in dry times when there are not enough natural water sources to depend on.
