Beginning with a brief definition of the concept of motivation, this creative video (08:12) introduces Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, a psychological theory of human behavior developed by Abraham Maslow which outlines five stages of basic human needs: Psychological, Safety & Security, Love, Self-esteem, and Self-actualisation.
